Check that you are on HyperEVM, hold enough HYPE for gas, and that your amount is inside the presale limits shown on the presale page.
Approval stuck
Some wallets cache a pending approval. Reject it in your wallet's activity list and try again with the exact amount.
Nothing to claim
Claiming reads your allocation from the presale contract. Make sure you connected the same wallet you purchased with.
